They take pride in crafting their menu with care, emphasizing organic and locally sourced ingredients (check out their homemade vegan iteration of the traditional Dutch rozekoek!) Their fair-trade coffee is roasted their own roastery in Amersfoort, and you can always grab a bag for home with lovely designs by Philip Lindeman. The café exudes a homey atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and productivity, with laptop tables available for a fee of €2.50 per hour. 🖍️ 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜'𝗺 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲? My connection to Koffie & Ik began when I lived on the east side of Utrecht and visited the café based on a friend's recommendation. Later, after moving to the west side, I found myself passing by Koffie & Ik daily. It became a familiar landmark on my route, especially when I stopped by to purchase mushroom spawn from Fungi Factory which was not that easy to come by at first.
