🍻|🍴 Located in the beautiful Máximapark on the 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 of the canal, Maximus has been crafting 𝘛𝘩𝘦 local beers in Utrecht since 2011. Rooted in community and collaboration, they brew classic styles with a twist and bold new flavors—each with its own personality and story. Their focus on local goes beyond ingredients: they partner with nearby artisans for everything from cheese to bread to offer delicious food to enjoy with the beer. The sunny terrace and laid-back vibe make it a favorite stop for locals on this side of town. 🖍️𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜’𝗺 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲? I’ve long been a fan of Utrecht’s local beers, the Dakhaas Wit being my personal favorite. When I moved 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘨𝘦 to Leidsche Rijn, I was thrilled to have Maximus just around the corner.
